Ingredients: distilled water, goat milk, aloe vera, avocado oil, apricot oil, sunflower oil, BTMS, stearic acid, shea butter, jojoba oil, vitamin E,  essential oils, preservative.

To use start with a little bit and rub in. Use more if needed.
